Let's Go To A Tea Party

Just a peek into how I spent my Sunday afternoon.

The experience co invited me to their business launch event - The Diamond of the Season: A Royal Tea - and it was such an engaging experience.

The Experience Co is a multi-moniker business operating in Michigan; it’s Black-Owned | Women-Owned & a Mother-Daughter venture that specializes in curating immersive and engaging events. The Royal Tea is the first of many events to come and it’s safe to say I had a great time.

It all started with being greeted at your car by the Queen’s footmen, a silken band was tenderly knotted at your wrist, and you immediately stepped into the world of Bridgerton. A violinist enchanted the audience with her mellifluous songs, white roses and hydrangeas enveloped the room, and the attire of the guests set the completed the scene.

There were four interactive stations for you to traverse in order to complete your calling card giving you the chance to be honored by the Queen and presented to society. A charcuterie board, pastries, signature cocktails (my favorite was The Queen’s Reserve), and of course TEA offered just enough to keep you satisfied. Lastly, there were sections for photo-ops and props throughout the venue to keep you on theme and elevate your content.

You all know me by now, if it’s one thing I’m gonna do, it’s leave with a bouquet of fresh flowers. All in all, I had a great time, the invitation from KeKe was the push that I needed to get myself started with my plans for this blog. I’m putting myself out there and excited to bring you along with me.

Stay tuned ~~~
